Dr. Willem de Haan (Amsterdam UMC)
Willem de Haan is a neurologist at the Amsterdam UMC, and researches the clinical neurophysiology of dementia. He is particularly interested in using network analysis and computational modeling to improve diagnosis and treatment in Alzheimer’s disease. Current work involves model-based predictions of how to preserve functional brain network topology, and the validation of these predictions with non-invasive brain stimulation during simultaneous magnetoencephalographic brain activity recording.
